A group of batch 15th ABMMC students visited Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “ KAHRAMAA” on Wednesday Oct 10th 2018. The Management Department of ABMMC organized the field trip in order students to get acquainted with KAHRAMAA experience in the field of management, in the presence of a number of KAHRAMAA Directors and Managers.
During the visit, students were briefed on the Corporation’s experiences in the field of management. The guests listened to a presentation on the functions of Human Resources Department, the development of services it provides and KAHRAMAA key achievements at different sectors.
The students also listened to an explanation of KAHRAMAA’s strategic planning and the change of its management system from a goal-based strategy to a results-based strategy. The candidates got acquainted with KAHRAMAA vision, mission, values and objectives that contribute to the achievements of the goals and objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
After the presentation students were given a tour at KAHRAMAA’s Human Resources Department where students were briefed about the functions of the various departments and services provided.
