On 24 November 2020, The Accounting Department at Ahmed bin Muhammad Military College (ABMMC) organized a seminar under the title “The role of accounting in fighting corruption”, given byProfessor Rana Madi Mansour Alhajri, Head of the Center of Excellence for Training and Development at the State Audit Bureau – Qatar. Professor Rana Alhajri discussed the role of the State Audit Bureau in preserving public money and clamping down on corruption. In addition, she highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of integrity and accountability in public institutions and society as a whole. The seminar was attended by faculty members and students of the accounting department.
