This paper investigates the relationship of administrative corruption phenom- enon with the distributive justice and organizational trust in the organizations. Thus، a sample of 303 observations has been collected، and the analysis of cor- relation and regression has been employed to illuminate such relationship. The results illustrate strong positive correlation between distributive justice and the dimensions of organizational trust، whereas a strong negative correlation between distributive justice and the administrative corruption has been revealed. Also، a medium negative correlation between organizational trust and the dimensions of administrative corruption has been discovered. Finally، the study finds an impact of involving the variable of organizational trust in the relationship between the distributive justice and the administrative corruption.
